Enitha van der Wel is part of everything that happens at AAB. She assists the board and supervisory director, is involved in board meetings of clients (specifically greenhouse enterprises), handles human resource management and answers any questions her co-workers may have.

Erik Bax has extensive experience with energy, grants and subsidies. He advises numerous enterprises on forward positions, energy analyses, budgets and CO2 emissions matters. Incentives for reducing energy consumption and improving sustainability in energy supplies, and the accompanying feasibility studies, are areas in which he is possesses a wide understanding. He also has extensive experience with applying for various grants and subsidies such as SDE+, MEI and IMM, and he regularly negotiates with authorities about the substance of various schemes.

He also carries out operational checks of such matters as invoicing and daily energy positions. He specialises in the daily and operational energy trading.

2D & 3D Modeler
Ivo Barendse works as a modeler in our team of engineers. He is concerned with engineering, design and preparatory drawings of both (greenhouse) horticultural projects and relating technical installations. He supports the process from draft design to final design.
Tjalling Damen gives business premises their appearance. He designs and details everything from sketches, 3D visualisations, permit applications up to and including the building specifications. He also creates various graphic designs (logos, folders, presentations etc.). As his work often overlaps with permit applications, he arranges many kinds of permit applications.
Spatial Planning and Permit Consultant
Michaël den Duijn spends his days dealing with various permits and issues in the field of geothermal heat, reverse osmosis, environment and spatial planning. He assists in processes and procedures and is also able to provide support in the field of soil issues with his chemical and environmental background.
On a daily basis Henk van Koppen is dealing with various permits in the field of renovation and new constructions, amongst others issues concerning spatial planning and environmental issues are part of his job Also he supervises several research companies to perform the appropriate research on each project. This involves research in the field of soil quality, flora and fauna, archeology etc.
Permit and Environment Consultant
Krijn Rodenburg spends his days dealing with everything that is related to spatial planning and the environment, and is in regular contact with government authorities such as municipalities, water boards, provinces and ministries. He has more than ten years' experience applying for all manner of different environmental and planning permits and creating accompanying drawings, and is our specialist in sound-related matters (advice, measurements and calculations). In recent years he has been specialising in geothermal projects and distribution grids (heat and steam), serving as the link between the permit side and the technical side.

Ronald van der Wel is a master of the entire process from design to realisation of business premises. Where necessary he takes charge in seeking modification of zoning plans to give shape to the client’s spatial planning wishes. Marc Vijverberg has technical and managerial skills and is member of the management team. As Head of Engineering he is dealing with the realisation of projects both national and international, guards the projects under construction of the Engineering department with a helicopter view, makes and maintains (inter)national contacts and is responsible for the internal affairs of the Engineering department.

Pieter van Velden’s roots are in greenhouse engineering, where he gained extensive experience at home and abroad. His skill in incorporating the financial aspects of various forms of technology in investment decisions makes him an ideal sparring partner for major investors. He also has the ability to map out and monitor risks, giving him a key role in various projects as the link between investor, board and on-site personnel.
Arno Bruinen is skilled in giving advice with regard to all-round building supervision for new buildings. His specific areas of expertise are (mechanical) engineering issues and projects from preliminary design to implementation with a special focus on all components in a greenhouse facility. Arno has extensive experience abroad, however, he also focuses on special projects from climate cells to heat projects.
In his role as Project Manager, René is responsible for greenhouse design of horticulture and plant breeding enterprises, both in domestic and foreign markets. His area of specialisation is irrigation and electrical engineering for greenhouse facilities.
Robert Jan Groen is skilled in giving advice with regard to all-round building supervision for both new buildings and renovation projects. In particular, projects regarding mechanical engineering and projects from preliminary design to implementation with a specific area of expertise in the field of detailed engineering, climatic chambers, solar and geothermal installations and heat networks are part of his activities.
As a project manager, Richard Groenewegen deals with very diverse technical issues. He heads up construction and renovation projects for plant breeding and greenhouse enterprises. He is also a technical specialist with extensive experience with geothermal heat extraction and heat distribution.
In his capacity as project manager, Anton Hanemaaijer makes sure that the various architectural engineering processes are properly organised, from question to design to realisation, and he monitors the quality, costs and timetable. As an architect, he also takes on the challenge of resolving design issues with optimum clarity and functionality and creating a final result that makes the client proud.

He studied Resource Engineering and has work experience in the mining industry. He deals with all of the aspects concerning the underground and the link with the surface activities in residual heat and geothermal projects.
As project manager Peter Uilenhoed is actively involved in projects in the field of geothermal heat and residual heat. He is mainly technically skilled. He assumes responsibility for projects from when the initiative is formed up to and including realisation.

In his capacity as project manager Robert Heikens deals with, amongst others, technical and business administrative issues. He has a wide knowledge of energy-technical issues and has worked as project manager in the field of (rest)thermal projects and CHP (Combined Heat & Power). Due to his experience and network abroad, Robert is also involved in developing (international) feasibility studies and projects.
