Start construction CHP building Horse Shoe Power

Our client Horse Shoe Power, has started the works pouring the concrete for the new CHP building.
The building will consist of 4 x 3516 caterpillar engines. The project at Doef’s Greenhouses Lacombe Alberta, will produce 6 Mega Watt electricity for growing lights, surplus of electricity will be fed into the local grid. 2 units will be equipped with exhaust cleaners, the exhaust gas and heat from the CHP units will also be used in the greenhouse.
