Merger of Van Egmond Lisianthus

AAB was contracted to oversee the merger (including valuing the business and property and assessing contractual and financial aspects) between J. van Egmond & Zn in Rijnsburg Combinations in ’s-Gravenzande. The companies’ lisianthus multiplication operations were merged, after which the new company entered the market under the name of Van Egmond Lisianthus.

AAB also represented Van Egmond in its negotiations to acquire an alternative greenhouse facility in Rijnsburg, after having previously conducted negotiations for the sale of the former greenhouse facility to the municipality. AAB also oversaw the conversion of this acquisition into a multiplication facility (technical aspects and energy). Agro AdviesBuro is currently advising on the expansion (property and technical aspects) of this facility.
