The brokers of AAB have been commissioned by Peppers Unlimited B.V. to guide the purchase of a parcel of greenhouse horticulture land of approx. 14 ha in the Koekoekspolder in IJsselmuiden. The lot was bought from the municipality of Kampen for the purpose of expanding the existing pepper company. In this project, AAB also provides advice in the field of permits, construction and energy.
