Spatial development is a broad concept that is contingent upon legislation and regulations. Key issues in this area are environmental permits, nitrogen deposition, reverse osmosis, noise monitoring, master plans, points of view, reporting under the Dutch Activities Decree, zoning plans and architectural design.
