Feasibility study for growing lettuce, tomatoes and herbs in the USA

AAB was contracted by a US investment company to conduct a feasibility study into the possibilities for developing and realising a state-of-the-art greenhouse enterprise in the USA. The investment plan was based on the contracts that would be negotiated with three major buyers (wholesalers and supermarkets). The feasibility study consisted of assessing the entire technical design, the investment budget and the operating budget for the first four years, assuming greenhouse facilities of approximately 5,000 m² in size for growing lettuce, tomatoes and herbs.
